3. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Technical access data (IP address, timestamp, URL, browser type) is transmitted to Cloudflare servers on every request. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It sets no cookies, creates no fingerprints, and does not identify individual visitors — only aggregated page-view statistics are collected.

4. Email

When you submit your e-mail address, it is stored and processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to info@valorhub.eu.

Form submissions are first received by a self-hosted n8n instance operating on our own server. n8n does not act as an external data processor.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. They handle checkout, payment data, and applicable taxes. We do not receive or store payment card details. The current payment processor's privacy policy is linked on the checkout page and in your purchase receipt.

6. Access Management

Purchase access credentials (e-mail address and access status) are stored in Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 970 Tresser Blvd, Stamford, CT 06901, USA) to verify entitlement to purchased content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance. Retention: for the duration of your access entitlement. Supabase processes data under standard contractual clauses. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.

7. Fonts

This website uses the Inter and Playfair Display typefaces, served entirely from our own server. No connection to external font services (e.g. Google Fonts) is made.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
